Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Flight Instructor based in Concord, CA. The Certified Flight Instructor will be responsible for providing flight training to students, ensuring adherence to flight safety standards, guiding students on their pilot journey, and preparing them for key aviation milestones. The role also includes conducting ground training sessions, mentoring students, and participating with the team. At TrexAir, we place a strong emphasis on maintaining an active and engaging social media presence, so candidates should feel comfortable and confident on camera.

Qualifications

• Minimum 500 Flight hours

• CFII Credentials

• Strong focus on Flight Safety principles and best practices

• Ability to Teach and guide students toward successful aviation certifications

• Passion for teaching and fostering the next generation of professional pilots

• Familiarity with FAA regulations and safety requirements
